As if watching the love of your life suffer a fatal heart attack on a California bridge deck isn’t bad enough, Se Ri Park, former number one world golf pro, is then abducted and transported in a cargo ship heading to North Korea. It is there that Se Ri learns she is to develop a program for the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea to win the gold in Women’s Olympic Golf, or she won’t live to see her daughter or vexatious grandmother again.

Faced with but one choice, Se Ri submits to the antagonists’ purported objective, relying on her intrinsic golf talent, fashion acumen and inherent bravery to not only survive, but attempt to escape to freedom.
